Back off Deputy Parga - You Just Got Owned!!

Was on my way home and I stopped at
7-Eleven and came across a Deputy Rodriguez detaining a homeless man when Deputy Parga came to “assist” and he proceeded to stand right in front of me and my camera which was literally inches from my face and then tried to intimidate me.
