Costa rica in many respects is an amazing country, with wildlife in the forests, Beautiful beaches, climate, surf, and people living Pura Vida. On the other hand government craft, high prices, taxes, socialistic government, crazy Covid policies, crime, and my numbingly slow bureaucracy take a heavy toll.
