Mystery Blackbird - Can you help ID this bird?

Is this a female European Starling, female Brewer's Blackbird, female Cowbird? Brewer's would be out of range, but some are saying that the ID fits it more than a Starling. Most notably the longer tail and short beak. What do you think?
