IC-4: “Learning to use a tactical flashlight”

Welcome to the New Shooter 101 Instructors Clinic. Our purpose in presenting this is to provide a place where firearms instructors can exchange ideas for training beginners in defensive handgun skills.

In this video we’re talking with Jeff Bickford, Jeff Bement, and Wu Chin, firearms instructors with Armed Defense Training Association in Seattle WA. ADTA trains beginners using both dry-fire workshops and live-fire open-bay events, and you’ll see both types in this video about learning to use tactical flashlights. While we’re playing the videos our instructors will provide commentary about the events, including the benefits the trainees get out of it and tips for making the training more effective.
