A fine of (10,000) riyals for anyone who tries to reach the Grand Mosque, the central area around it, and the holy sites without a permit, and doubles for repetition.
Starting from 11/25/1442 AH, (5 July 2021) anyone caught trying to reach the Grand Mosque, the central area around it, and the holy sites (Mina, Muzdalifah, Arafat) without a permit will be fined.
