Learn to say the hard things. Stop with the niceties and the ass-kissing. And damn well be prepared to back it up. This goes for every area of our lives. Chances are if the world openly accepts you then you are likely pandering to it. Some people even claim to have "Come Out Of Her" but they are smack in the middle of her.
