In the previous session of JKD Old Fart Friday Night we demonstrated a JKD Foot Trap which was on top of your attacker's foot following up with a head control smashing them into a wall. This session, however, we cover a foot trap that is placed behind the attacker's knee pressing it downward as you apply a hammerfist strike to middle of his two (2) shoulder blades to temporarily immoblize him if he's alone OR a hammerfist strike to the brain stem area located in the base of the skull if there are multiple attackers and want to make sure he won't be getting back into the fight again !!!
