Ian Smith the New Jersey owner who defied Covid restrictions became public enemy number 1 in NJ!
He is now in a sew of mess with the law that reminded people of his 2007 conviction.
In 2007 he killed a teenage boy while Drunk driving. He has owned up to his actions. After owning up to his actions he gets pulled over again recently in 2022 where the video shows him swerving and refusing to take a Breathalyzer test!

All this is happening while he is running for congress and there’s a lot to discuss!
