France supplied ammunition to the Ukrainian military by diplomatic mail on board, possibly civilian aircraft.

At one of the positions of the Ukrainian security forces in the Donbas, boxes with 12.7-mm cartridges were found, where the French embassy in Kiev is listed as the addressee.
