5th Generation Warfare being used on own citizens

The first time I heard of 5th generation warfare was on a timcast clip. Since then I have done my own research and then looked at what is happening today to show real world examples of 5th generation warfare being used. Although foreign countries use it, fifth generation warfare is more commonly used domestically in various programs that we've failed to question.
