Stiff Leg Dead’s on a Cable Belt Squat. The level of training we are into you cannot do at planet fitness. It’s all hard-core. And it takes a core of people that are really intent on keeping the energy high, and keeping the athletic progress going. No headphones in this gym. In a hard-core training situation you need the energy and that comes from other people. There’s a huge energy dynamic in a training situation like that it is necessary to reach this level of intensity. I likely wouldn’t be training this hard if I were alone. Not for a solid hour. So I am a huge advocate of training partners at the very least. You must have a training partner to go beyond the limits of any set. Otherwise you are going to plateau out. It’s inevitable.
