CBP made it possible to #report #cash to U.S. Customs (CBP) using their online FinCEN 105 form, but it's tricky. Even if you file the form online, you need to still present proof of filing to CBP when you arrive or before your depart the United States. In this video, customs attorney Jason P. Wapiennik of Great Lakes Customs Law explains how to avoid any misunderstanding when you're reporting traveling with more than $10,000 cash.
