MUSIC FOR MEDITATION 20 MINUTES

For those who are starting, do the meditation based on the breath that the master ZEN OSHO teaches in a quiet place close your eyes and focus on your breath on the air that comes in and the air that leaves put this song on your headphones and do it throughout the period of the music (20 minutes) your mind will WANT to think about several things, bring it back and focus your attention only on the inspiration and expiration, that's all, do it every day at least 1 x a day, if you can do it before bed and upon waking . Affectionately. (you can do it lying down or sitting up, whatever)
