I was not feeling that energetic today, and was expecting this to set to be a bit difficult. My unracking and setup for my working sets was also a bit off, and wonky, so I was not entirely hopeful for the ultimate result. I was hoping/planning to shoot for 7 reps, as that would be a new rep PR, but I managed to have all of my wonkiness with the unracking and setup fixed for the final set, and the weight moved so easily, I felt I could easily go for more. I think I at least had another good two or so reps in me, but I decided to rack it at nine, as this was already a big rep PR, and triple the minimum rep count for this week. My Bench Press may suck, but at least my squatting is pretty good, hahaha. Awesome finish to the week! 🤟🏻
