There are four methods for HVUT payment during IRS Form 2290 filing:
Electronic Funds Withdrawal (EFW) if filing electronically.
Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS).
Check or money order using the payment voucher.
Debit/Credit card payment done on the IRS site.
