Southeast Wisconsin weather: Chilly and windy Friday with thundershowers

Friday is rainy and windy with highs only in the 40s and wind chills in the 30s. The rain will be heavy at times throughout the day and evening, and we could her some rumbles of thunder. The rain and clouds move out Friday setting up for a great Saturday.
