2013: Fenn ruled out National Parks and National Forests!

Forrest Fenn rules out Private, Indian Reservations, National Parks and National Forest! This means ALL National Park solves are 100% wrong.

Both videos are from the CBS website, and I do not know why the second clip is separate and not in the original. This is exactly what Jack was talking about IMO. The short CLIP that was edited out is where Forrest Fenn *CLEARLY* rules out Indian Land, National Parks and National Forests because THEY ALL have "LEGAL QUESTIONS", for example in a National Park you are REQUIRED to turn the item over to the Park Superintendent (because he/she WILL HAVE A LEGAL QUESTION).

The only place that has NO QUESTION is PUBLIC LAND managed by the BLM. This is the property type with the LEAST rules and NO legal question since in WY it is finders keepers. Pay very close attention to the SECOND CLIP (the first part is just the complete interview, where he was NOT asked that question, it was edited out).
