Super Smash Bros. Ultimate - Who Can Dodge Kazuya's DOWN-ANGLED Devil Blaster by Crouching?

A tier list of every fighter in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, based on if they can dodge Kazuya's neutral special, Devil Blaster, while crouching. But to give it a little twist, the laser is angled down, making it harder to succeed.
