At What Time Did God Create ? According to Genesis
Supporting Article: "When does the day begin?" -Issue 1.
The “when a day begins” debate has been discussed by man for a very long time. Today, it is widely accepted to start the day when we start counting of hours, at midnight. 00:00 - all balls for my military folks or 12 am for those using am/pm. In the world of studying our father’s word, there is wild debate that sometimes mentions this midnight hour we have adopted but the arguments usually take two sides.
One side argues nighttime is the beginning of the day and starts at the sunset of the day before. The second side claims the day starts at sunrise the day of. To me, one is based on tradition and the other off new information and discoveries of lost books.
So, which is correct? Well, we all agree on one thing… how does the saying go “let scripture discern scripture”?
So, let us start in the beginning. Genesis. We all know how it goes. Chapter 1 Verse 3
“And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.4And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.5And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.”
Right there in front of us is the answer to when the light, the evening, the morning, and even the first day were created.
Strong's H1961 – hāyâ is used in all four instances as its defined - to come into being, to become; as in, “Let there be light”.
A better translator might have translated the above verses differently:
“Genesis 3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.4And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.5And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. let there be evening let there be morning, let there be the first day.”
Emphasis added – And God said [created], “[first]Let there be light…[then]evening…[then]morning…to become the first day.
The day, therefore, starts in the order he created it. The chronological order of Genesis is important because God sanctifies the seventh day in Genesis 2:3. It is important to note the Passover and the Day of Atonement start in the evening prior.

On this channel, I believe(and try to show) that religion is the big deception and that the Word of God (as a whole) is our true reality. So when you worship other gods and not our father, you are worshipping the religions of this world. thank you for watching please subscribe
