Dr. Charles Hoffe was a family physician in Lytton, B.C. for almost 30 years until a forest fire burned down his clinic and much of the community in 2021. During his studies Dr. Hoffe continued to see more and more serious vaccine injuries among his patients and tried to bring this to the attention of the authorities by writing to Dr. Fenton. Dr. Charles Hoffe found 62% percent of patients who received a COVID mRNA vaccine test positive for blood clots.

On April 5 2021, Dr. Hoffe wrote an open letter to Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry with concerns over the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, only to be met with denial and push back. The B.C. College of Physicians and Surgeons issued a citation to Dr. Charles Hoffe over allegations of professional misconduct after Hoffe spoke out against the negative impact of the "vaccine".

Dr. Hoffe maintains that administering a medical treatment that appears to seriously injure otherwise healthy people is a violation of the basic tenet of the Hippocratic Oath to “Do No Harm”.
