The answer isn’t a straightforward one. And sadly, such a violation of every single one of us has become commonplace in our world today.

We’re divided. And we’re broken. On purpose.

Only through a deliberate focus on increasing our own self-awareness of the cognitive biases that have been exploited by those who wish us harm can we heal and come together as one.

In today’s podcast, I discuss Morally Superiority as an output an unhealthy and unchecked Egocentric Bias. I explore several biases that lead us to show up not our best selves and in a Morally Superior way that breaks trust and prevents communication. I discuss how biases like our Self-Serving Bias, Attribution Bias, and Overconfidence Bias have been exploited through deliberate psychological manipulation. Lastly, I wrap with actions you can take to tame your Egocentric Bias.

It’s up to you to take control of your own mind to build up the awareness to make yourself impervious to psychological manipulation. You can do this. It takes times. It takes practices. But it is totally doable.
