Today i came up with a recipe of a pineapple donut sandwich. donut and pineapple combine gives u amazing flavour and taste. and the butterscotch ice-cream double the taste. its just easy to make and fun for the kids.Here i used liquid batter for donuts.you should try this at home and comment me your experiences.

🔘Ingredients used

1️⃣Donut Batter...
▪ 240 grm all purpose flour
▪ 120 grm of sugar
▪ 2 eggs
▪ 240 ml milk
▪ 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
▪ 1 tbsp of oil
▪ salt to taste

2️⃣for Pineapple ring
▪ pineapple slices
▪ chopped walnuts
▪ some cherries

▪ icing sugar for drizzling
