▪️ Russian armed forces left city on March 30, and then for days Bucha’s mayor was stating that “life returning to normal”
▪️Before Ukrainian army arrived, Ukrainian-shot footage from Bucha showed no bodies in streets. Three days later, Ukrainian authorities presumably decided to “stage something”
▪️Russia’s repeated requests for UNSC meeting over claims were refused - Russia will present facts at the upcoming press conference in NYC
▪️Russia will also present evidence of war crimes committed by Ukrainian nationalist forces
