Why We Left Children's Ministry

My guests, Kate and Josh Richter, had been full-time children's pastors for 14 years. They loved what they were doing. But they became greatly discouraged when they threw their entire heart, mind, and bodies into their ministry only to watch the kids they served, who had once been on fire for God and in love with His presence, slowly drift away from church and the Lord.
