Will Artificial Intillegence Replace God?

Will A.I. replace God? Googles CEO says we won't need God because Google will know all the knowledge there is.  But AI can't love, can't discern right and wrong, doesn't  have compassion, say sorry, have compassion or enjoy something. it is a soul less container of data that serves up an imitation of man.....or god.
