Gang War: Dad of slain Ottery teen shares that she died in his arms saying 'Pa, Pa' (1)

The parents of Tamika Solomons, her mother Jillian Solomons and father Izack De Klerka, are angry with the lack of police and government support for local communities battling gang violence after their teenager was shot dead in a hail of bullets by unknown gunmen.
