Making Korean Fried Rice | 볶음밥

Making some fried rice with some veggies I picked up from the farmers market. I show you how I make my version of Bokkeum Bap or Korean fried rice! There are many varieties of fried rice including "kimchi" style, amongst other things. What do you like to put in your fried rice?

What you'll need:
Rice
Vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, carrots, onions, potato, etc.)
oil
soy sauce or tamari (gluten free)
salt
pepper
garlic powder/onion powder/adobo
butter (vegan)
sesame seeds

Cook the rice prior to frying, cut and wash vegetables, add oil to warm pan/wok, then add vegetables, season to taste, add rice, butter and soy sauce and cook to desired consistency. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!!
