Russia’s Federal Security Service has detained an ISIS supporter who was preparing to blow up railways, following the orders of the leaders of the Crimean Tatar Islamic volunteer battalion ‘Krym’. Two explosive devices were seized, along with extremist propaganda leaflets and other items.
