Akira Anime Is Banned From Russia To Protect Children-WHAT? #anme

First it was Death Note, Naruto, Tokyo Ghoul, Isekai anime and now the all popular Akira. Why doesn't Russia just banned anime all together. They say it is to protect children but some of us in the west cannot imagine living without anime entertainment.
