Springfield Armory Garrison 1911: Quality Without the Price Tag?

A range review with one of the new 1911 offerings from Springfield Armory: the Garrison. This is one of their lower mid-range models that offers several upgrades over the GI model, while still coming in well below one grand. Is it a quality 1911 for the money you pay?
