I Meditated Everyday For 30 Days

Meditation is a crazy tool that can help you balance your mind and body, and many successful business people meditate daily to help better themselves when it comes to their work and life.

I decided to challenge myself and meditate every day for 30 days, roughly 5 minutes a day to see the effects on my body, mind and work performance.

The results are really interesting and I encourage everyone to spend some time each day to practice the art of meditation.
