What is common sense to most people has been blasted as "transphobic" and "hate speech" by activists and left media, says Sky News host Peta Credlin.
Ms Credlin pointed to recent calls for Prime Minister Scott Morrison to disendorse his candidate for Warringah, Katherine Deves, over remarks she made regarding transwomen competing in female sports.
The Prime Minister refused to do so and stands by his candidate.
"This isn't just a question of standing by a candidate," Ms Credlin said.
"It's a question of actually making a difference, and stopping woke sports bodies taking away the right of women and girls to fair competition.
"And standing up for the fact that men and women are biologically different, that it isn't wrong to admit that, and that you just can't become a female simply by announcing it.
"I entirely accept that there are people who feel trapped in the wrong body, and admire the courage and authenticity of those like my friend Cate McGregor, who go through a lengthy process of transition."
