Is this a message from Gonzalo Lira

I found this on Telegram, not on his own channel, where he surely would have posted but on a comletely different account of "Jo Nathan" which has no content. I suspect it is fake.

Meantime, Scott Ritter has come out and said Gonzalo was murdered.
