An 8 year old was caught stealing, and was detained by police. The cops returned the children to the home, and informed the father who said the cops were friendly, and didn't file any charges. Typical of what happens when I child shoplifts, but after the father saw the video, he now wants to file a complaint against the officers. CHA CHING ANYONE??? The boy was not harmed in the video. He was crying as would be typical of a young boy being caught stealing. The local man with the low IQ, also didn't make things any better with his ignorant comments. He said they were treating him like a "killer," and offered to pay for the item. “He looks like a baby to me. I don’t know what you’re doing,” Kenneth Jackson told police.

Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh said he contacted Police Chief Kenton Buckner when he learned of the video, CNY Central reported.

“The officer knew the child from prior interactions and explained to him that he was being taken home,” Walsh said, according to the outlet.
