With federal waivers set to expire, Colorado schools to offer fewer free meals to students

On Wednesday afternoon, the Healthy School Meals for All Coalition held a virtual news conference to publicly pressure Congress to extend federal waivers that help districts provide free meals for all students, regardless of a family’s income level. The federal waivers are set to end on June 30.
