Producers of the film 'Rust' have been fined more than $AU183,000 after cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was accidentally shot dead by actor Alec Baldwin.
The state of New Mexico said the film's producers showed "plain indifference to recognised hazards associated with use of firearms on set".
It said the film production managers took little to no action to address two misfires before the fatal shooting.
The production company is vowing to appeal the findings.
