You don’t need a water bath canner to be able to preserve summer’s goodness into a freezer jam. Freezer jam was my first beginning preservation method because it is so easy. It requires little time, minimal equipment, and has less sugar in it than traditional jam and jellies. The only real requirement to make freezer jam is that you have some freezer space.
