So I decided to simply give you my opinion straight on the epidemic of performance-enhancing drugs being used in the porn industry and the damage it's doing to male pornstars. In the episode, I explain how ED injections work and why male pornstars are using them instead of viagra.

I explain how men who simply don't have the ability to work in the adult industry are taking work away from the heroes that do this work without ED drugs. I talk about the impact this has on the quality of modern adult content and the financial pressures that push more and more young men to inject their dicks with ED drugs.

Next, I talk about the extreme side effects of ED drugs that have not been prescribed by a doctor. Including the wave of priapisms hitting male performers which forces them into early retirement or into getting surgical erectile dysfunction pumps.

Finally, I discuss changes the adult industry can make to improve the welfare of male performers as well as their product.
