Mask Mandate Overturned by Federal Judge

A federal judge in Florida ruled that the CDC had no authority to order a mask mandate on transportation systems. The Biden administration is considering an appeal. Meanwhile several Democrat senators are supporting the retention of Title 42 for illegal immigration.
