So this recipe is not only a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, in addition squid is loaded with protein.
This fish also contains vitamins, like choline that is particularly important for brain and liver health, and minerals, such as selenium that is an important mineral with antioxidant mechanisms.
Squid are LOW in fat, calories and IMPORTANTLY in mercury.
Therefore, this easy to make recipe is full of health benefits and can give you a boost of energy needed throughout the day. It can also be fun to make with friends and family.
