Grapple Hook (TPS 1.7)

Using the April update of Mr Whiz's TPS Template (v 1.7), which mainly focuses on the Grapple tool.
I've put some targets up on some of the buildings, and going to see if I can use it to grapple-hook up onto them, kind of in the same style as Spiderman or Batman with his. Bathook.
