1 Corinthians 14:28-34 / 1 Timothy 2:11-12 - Women Speaking in the Church
A careful examination of the ancient manuscripts and the way Paul uses words reveals that he was not telling the Corinthians that women could never speak in church, but that wives should not usurp their husbands by speaking in tongues in the church. Similarly, Paul instructs Timothy that wives should refrain from bustle. Jesus, the ultimate authority, had no problem with women speaking publicly or proclaiming the gospel.

Pastor Melissa Scott exposed the truth about Women Speaking in the Church.
1 Corinthians 14:28-34 King James Version
28 But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God.
29 Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge.
30 If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace.
31 For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.
32 And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets.
33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.
1 Timothy 2:11-12 King James Version
11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
King James Version
