When the situation changes and the plan goes out the window, you've got to regroup, reset, and keep the forward momentum! This was my last set of DL and the first rep didn't go as planned. I'll not be beaten by a slip up, so after a quick reset the weight moved as it should have! Keep your mind focused on the goal and keep moving forward. Mental, Spiritual, and Physical Fitness can be one when you maintain discipline and consistency in all three. Keep working, warriors!
