Recall Consent - Media

Rumor has it Evil has to get our permission before bad things are done to humanity, and the most common work-around is when we pay to see a movie, buy a book, pay a rental fee to a streaming service. So I asked the Universe: Would deliberately and intentionally revoking that consent change our world, or is it a silly idea?
