Our Will Notice.
 
We the People demand the immediate release of the bank account of David Oneeglio. 

We have provided funds directly to David for his personal efforts and work in the flood affected region of northern NSW

In return, David provides us his reporting and support services to the community.

We formed a private agreement whereby the funds could be distributed at David's discretion. 

We do not need or authorise a third party to interfere with our private agreement. 

Those are our funds and we have directed them to go to David and for him to use them as he sees fit and not to be seized by a third party.

David is not engaging in fundraising activities for Aussie Helping Hands that go to his personal account.

We are not confused about that in any way.
David is legitimately directing us to go straight to Aussie Helping Hands’ account for that purpose.

And there is no misunderstanding at all that David does not touch that account and that his account is separate and directly supports his work only.

David's bank account should have never been closed, depriving him of his right to livelihood without notice or warning, We The People demand that our private agreement is honoured.

You are hereby directed to release the account immediately.
