Does Intermittent Fasting Improve Health and Mental Clarity?

I wanted to share my experience with intermittent fasting in terms of physical and mental health. Remember, this is NOT medical advice. My goal is to share what I’ve learned, including some warnings about fasting. This is NOT a weight loss, supplements, or advice video.

Fasting is the deliberate restriction of food, either going without eating for a period of time, or eating certain foods. Many religions, cultures, and traditions include fasting as a catalyst for reflection. Science has shown fasting improves the biological efficiency of humans and animals.

There are my own views, I’m not a medical doctor. I share these in terms of food security, critical thinking, and peak performance. Please consult a doctor before fasting. There are many medical conditions where fasting is NOT helpful. Make smart decisions about your body, it’s the only body you get.
