BCC mtg 4.19 | Stomping on either my 1st or 4th Amendment rights

No policy available, policy does not trump the US or NV Constitutions but this guy thinks it's my opinion that it does.
No Warrant, no probable cause, still only options are to violate my 1st Amendment rights unless I submit to having my 4th Amendment rights violated.
