Biden spoke to reporters about foreign affairs as an Easter Bunny stepped in & cut him off. Is he really in charge?

President Biden was speaking to reporters at the White House about Afghanistan & Pakistan. All of a sudden, a big Easter Bunny comes over and intervenes. Then Biden appeared to just walk away. Sean Hannity accurately pointed out that everybody in the White House is aware of Biden’s cognitive decline and it is probably worse than we think. Some of this might be funny, but Biden is the President. He should be exuding strength & clarity.
