John Lott: Progressive soft-on-crime policies' are coming 'back to bite them'

The President of the Crime Prevention Research Center, Dr. John Lott, says that soft on crime policies supported by wealthy liberals are "coming back to bite them" with sharp spikes in crime in many wealthy and liberal neighborhoods. One America's John Hines has more from Washington.
