I wrote a review on Ikiru. This guy was working all his life, never skipping the day, no holidays. It's a Japanese movie. The daughter told him that he has terminal cancer so he didn't know what to do by himself anymore because life had collapsed. He said, "I better spend my last few months to find what happiness is." He's desperate to find happiness until he learned how to enjoy the nature around him, until he learned to spend the last few days creating something for children then he died happy. So, you can always experience something.
